This famous path is a favorite with bicyclists from all over the world. Starting near the Portland airport, it crosses north over the 205 bridge into Washington and then shoots straight east up the Columbia River Gorge to Carson, Washington where the Carson Hot Springs Resort is located. After that, it crosses back over the Columbia to head due west back into Portland. Awesome views include the morning and evening views of the Columbia River, Mt. Adams, Mt Hood, Mt. St. Helens, the Bonneville dam and many more.
